Several years ago we started to realize that many of our belongings we didn’t use or need, and the house we lived in was large, frequently empty and much of our income was spent in maintaining it. We had a large kitchen and garden, and a very large hedge, all of which was less of a joy and more of a hindrance. Over time we started to sell items, then eventually move. In the mean time the words minimalism, zero waste, sustainability and living with intention started to creep into our vocabulary…along with Marie Kondo and food that looked like forest..apparently!
Its been a journey, we are still on that journey, and it all really started on the day I was cutting the hedge!
